" In addition to selling residential properties in the beach areas, I have always enjoyed specializing in Residential Income properties, including Multi-Unit properties, second home ownership, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges."
Tolstad is also a Previews specialist, with extensive experience selling high-end homes. Previews, the international estates division of Coldwell Banker, sells three of every four million-dollar-plus properties in California.
Based on her record of success, she has earned Coldwell Bankers' prestigious President's Circle Award, placing her among the top 10 percent of more than 113,800 Sales Associates worldwide.

In her off-work hours, Tolstad has performed as an "extra" with the San Diego opera, enjoys golf, travel and horses.
